Creative Connections is a free monthly art club for ages 60+ where creativity, conversation, and community come together! Whether you’re a lifelong artist or someone who has never been to a gallery, this welcoming group is all about discovering the joy of art in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Each session begins with an inspiring, peer-led presentation from fellow creatives, covering everything from art history to contemporary techniques. Then the focus shifts to connection. Enjoy open conversation, share ideas, and build friendships with like-minded individuals over light refreshments.

Each meeting will be held the second Friday of each month from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

In This Session

Learn how artists “see” and how they translate that vision to paper. Enjoy an interactive presentation on drawing techniques by instructor and 2024 Robinson Fellowship Award winner Jenn Carter. Practice drawing by sketching from a photo and bring your memories home! No prior art experience required.
