Description
FloYo is the perfect workout to combine fun and fitness on the water. Classes include an introduction to stand up paddle boarding, SUPing the Creek, and an all levels on water yoga class. Our calm water location makes this the perfect venue for all levels of paddlers and yoga practices. Reservations Required 443-513-0889. Private and group sessions available by appointment
Arrive 15 minutes priro to class start, FloYo lasts approximately 1.5 hours. Reservations required. Appropriate for all levels including first-time paddlers.
